- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Celery stalk 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop the onion randomly.
Step 3
Chop the carrot into random pieces.
Step 4
Chop the celery into random pieces.
Step 5
Peel the garlic cloves.
Step 6
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 7
Sauté the vegetables lightly in olive oil.

Add peeled tomatoes, herbs, sugar, salt, and vegetable broth.

Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.

Pass the sauce through a potato ricer or meat grinder. Under no circumstances should you use a blender.
