
Universal Cream Sauce

Description
This sauce is perfect for fish, seafood, poultry, and vegetables. We used this sauce to prepare <a href="https://eda.ru/recepty/pasta-picca/slivochnaya-pasta-s-bekonom-i-gribami-152267">pasta with mushrooms</a>, and it paired wonderfully.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- 33% Cream 15 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the parsley along with the stems.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 3
When the butter begins to melt and spread across the bottom of the saucepan, pour in the cream.
Step 4
Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Add the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Whisk the mixture continuously to dissolve the cheese.
Step 7
When the mixture is completely smooth.
Step 8
Add chopped parsley.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper (if necessary). Bring the mixture to a boil and then remove from heat.
Step 10
The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–5 days and pairs perfectly with pasta, poultry, fish, and pizza.
