Ingredients
- Pickles 2 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the pickles on a coarse grater and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Press the garlic through a garlic press or grate it finely.
Step 4
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Place the finished sauce in the refrigerator for a few hours to let it infuse.
