Ingredients

  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Yogurt powder 10 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the cucumber, peel it, and grate it finely. To prevent the sauce from becoming watery, be sure to drain the excess juice or squeeze it through cheesecloth. Peel the garlic, wash it, dry it, and finely chop or press it through a garlic press. Wash and dry the herbs. Finely chop the dill.

Step 2

Combine the grated cucumber, minced garlic, and dill. Add the yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and ground pepper.

Step 3

Before serving, chill the sauce, transfer it to bowls, and garnish with olives and sprigs of dill.
