- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro ½ bunches
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Parsley ½ bunches
- Dill ½ bunches
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate or finely chop the cucumbers. Drain any excess juice to prevent the sauce from becoming too runny. Crush the garlic using a press, then mix it with the cucumber and yogurt.
Step 2
Add finely chopped herbs, olive oil, and wine vinegar, and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and ground pepper. It is best served slightly chilled.
