Turkey Rolls with Bananas
Ingredients
- Turkey Escalopes 30 oz
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Ground coriander to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix the yogurt and sour cream, add salt and 0.5 teaspoon of curry, then the lemon juice and zest. Refrigerate the sauce until use.
Step 2
Flatten each escalope to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with curry and coriander.
Step 3
Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces. Wrap the bananas in the escalopes to form rolls. Brush with oil. Secure each with toothpicks.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake on a foil-lined baking sheet for 25 minutes. Serve hot with the sauce.
