Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Pork Mince 10 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the omelette. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Combine the eggs, sour cream, semolina, cheese, and season with salt. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until golden for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the mince with the onion, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Finely chop any herbs and add them to the mince.
Step 4
Spread the egg mixture onto a baking sheet greased with olive oil or lined with a silicone mat.
Step 5
Bake the omelette in an oven preheated to 355°F for 10–12 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the omelette from the mold and let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Evenly distribute the filling and chopped herbs over the omelette.
Step 8
Roll it tightly along the short side.
Step 9
Wrap it in tight foil.
Step 10
Place the roll on a baking sheet and pour in a little water.
Step 11
Bake the omelette in an oven preheated to 355°F for 40 minutes.
