Description

Delicious both hot and warm, and even when completely cooled (at least for me))). Enjoy your meal! ;)

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
  • Herbes de Provence to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into flat pieces of your preferred size.

Step 2

Add the dried herbs and salt, rubbing this mixture into each piece with your hands.

Step 3

Grease a baking sheet with butter and arrange the pieces of meat on it, leaving some space between them.

Step 4

It's best to use firm tomatoes so they don't fall apart. Slice them into rounds with a sharp knife and arrange them on top of the meat.

Step 5

Grate the cheese finely (I used Russian cheese) and sprinkle it over each piece.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven for 25–30 minutes at 355°F (be sure to keep an eye on it to prevent burning or over-browning!!!).
