Ingredients
- Turkey 30 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 15 oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Anchovies 4 pieces
- Malt Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 5 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the carrot and celery and bring to a boil in a large amount of salted water with vinegar and a bay leaf. Boil the turkey in this broth.
Step 2
Slice the turkey fillet very thinly and serve with the sauce.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, blend the tuna with the anchovies and capers. Mix the resulting mass with the wine and mayonnaise.
