- Turkey 5 oz
- Uchiko Suneli ½ teaspoon
- Saffron ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey into thin strips.
Step 2
Place in a deep bowl and add uchko suneli.
Step 3
Add saffron.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Season with ground chili.
Step 6
Dress with olive oil.
Step 7
Add mustard oil.
Step 8
Mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Sauté in a dry hot skillet, turning occasionally, for 7–10 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, let cool slightly, and serve.
