Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
In a deep bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until smooth. Add the milk and melted butter. Add salt, flour, and whisk until the consistency of liquid sour cream.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a frying pan greased with any vegetable oil or fat, and place over heat. Once the mixture thickens, place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes. It should rise.
Step 3
Remove the finished tunturma from the oven and serve.
