  • Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
  • Mayonnaise 3 spoons
  • Sugar ½ spoons
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar.

Step 2

Remove the tuna from the brine and flake it with a fork. If it is too dry, add a little bit of the brine.

Step 3

Add the dressing to the tuna, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Place the pasta in a jar with a tight lid and store it in the refrigerator. Before eating, spread it on whole grain bread. You can sprinkle it with capers or chopped olives.
