Tuna, Corn, and Capers Roll
Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Canned Corn ½ can
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Capers to taste
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the juice from the tuna and corn.
Step 2
Thinly slice the bell pepper and cucumbers.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Lay out the lavash, place the filling, cover with another sheet of lavash, and roll it up. Leave in the refrigerator to let the roll soak!
