  • Ciabatta 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 0 oz

  • Arugula 0 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 1½ tablespoons

Cut a piece of ciabatta.

Grease the pan with a small piece of butter (about 5 g) and place it over high heat.
