
Tuna and Vegetable Pâté

Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 2 cans
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Potato 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water until hard, drain, hold under cold water, and peel.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and sauté in vegetable oil in a well-heated skillet until soft. Let cool.
Step 3
Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Mash with a fork.
Step 4
Chop the cucumber, eggs, and tomato into small pieces and add to the tuna. Then add the cooled onion and pepper and mix everything well.
Step 5
Add mayonnaise to achieve a smooth consistency, then add black and cayenne pepper to taste.
