
Tuna and Pickle Pizza

Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 2 cans
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 6 pieces
- Sour Cream to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry very thinly and place it on a greased baking sheet without edges.
Step 2
Spread sour cream on top (thickness of the sour cream layer - to taste). Sprinkle with black pepper.
Step 3
Drain excess juice from the tuna. Mash with a fork. Spread on the pastry.
Step 4
Chop the cucumbers finely. Mix with the tuna and spread on top.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes (until the pastry is cooked) at a temperature of 355°F.
Step 6
Serve with beer.
