Ingredients
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley 0.3 bunches
- Cilantro 0.3 bunches
- Dill 0.3 bunches
- Basil ½ bunch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash all the herbs (preferably soak for 1 hour), then chop very finely.
Step 2
In the sour cream, press or finely chop the garlic and add all the herbs. It should look like a lot at first glance.
Step 3
Once everything is mixed to a homogeneous mass, add salt to taste.
