- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Truffle Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- 33% Cream 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the egg yolks with the mustard. Gradually whisk in the vegetable oil while stirring. Add the vinegar and water. Mix well. Add salt and let it sit for 15 minutes. Stir again.
Step 2
Add garlic oil and truffle oil to the homemade mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the cream into the resulting mixture. Mix thoroughly. When serving, spoon into a dessert glass.
