Ingredients

  • Cold-smoked trout 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese to taste
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut one cucumber into thin long strips and the other into slices.

Step 2

Slice the fish into thin pieces. Spread with cream cheese. Place the cucumber strips on top.

Step 3

Roll into a roll. Cut into pieces about 1–2 cm thick. Optionally, cut shapes from the cucumber slices using a knife or cookie cutters.

Step 4

Arrange the rolls on the cucumber slices.
