Ingredients
- Chia Seeds 2 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Shredded Coconut 1 tablespoon
- Canned tropical fruit mix 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add chia seeds. Pour in the milk and add the shredded coconut.
Step 2
Open the canned tropical fruit mix and add 50 ml of the syrup from the fruit to the chia seeds, milk, and coconut. Mix thoroughly, then add the tropical fruits.
Step 3
Seal the jar tightly and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
