Tortilla with Suluguni Cheese

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
  • Basil ½ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the potatoes thinly and fry them in a skillet with olive oil until soft.

Step 2

Beat the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together. Pour this mixture over the potatoes. Place thinly sliced tomatoes and diced suluguni cheese on top, then sprinkle a little more pepper and salt. Lower the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Place the tortilla in the oven until the cheese melts and browns.

Step 4

Before serving, tear some basil leaves on top.
