Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, add salt, eggs, and olive oil. Mix and let it rest in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Take a piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Use a glass to cut out as many circles as possible. Roll out the remaining dough again to make more circles.
Step 3
Wrap the filling (meat, cheese, spinach, ham) inside the dough and shape it into tortellini.
