Tomatoes with Salad
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Eel 1 bunch
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Green Peas 10 oz
- Turnips 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 30 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make a small cut in the tomatoes, use a teaspoon to remove the seeds and pulp. Sprinkle with salt, turn them upside down, and let them sit for 1 hour to drain excess juice.
Step 2
Boil the peeled and diced potatoes and carrots. Also, cook the peas. Then drain the water, dry the vegetables, and let them cool. Add mayonnaise. Mix well. Place the salad in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Fill the tomatoes with the salad and refrigerate for 1 hour. Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter and place the tomatoes on top.
