Description

You can use yesterday's salad, or a store-bought one, or if you have pre-cooked vegetables that can be dressed with mayonnaise — this will save you a lot of time.

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise 30 oz
  • Green Peas 10 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Potato 5 oz
  • Eel 1 bunch
  • Tomatoes 6 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the stems from the tomatoes, make a concentric cut with a knife, and use a teaspoon to remove the seeds and pulp from the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt, turn them over, and leave for 1 hour to drain excess juice.

Step 2

Boil the peeled and diced potatoes and carrots — they should become soft but not mushy. Also, boil the peas. Then drain the water, dry the vegetables, and let them cool. Add mayonnaise. Mix well. Place the salad in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Fill the tomatoes with the salad and refrigerate for 1 hour. Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter and place the tomatoes on top.
