Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Dill 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a sharp knife, cut off the top part of the tomatoes with the stem and remove the pulp. Place them in a deep plate and crack one egg into each prepared tomato without damaging the yolk. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, and drizzle with oil.
Step 2
Bake in the microwave for 5–6 minutes until the egg white is set. Before serving, sprinkle with dill.
