  • Fish 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 6 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Eel to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, boil the fish.

Step 2

Cut the boiled fish into small pieces, removing the skin and bones.

Step 3

Dice the boiled potatoes and peeled cucumber into small cubes.

Step 4

Chop the hard-boiled eggs.

Step 5

Gently mix all the ingredients, seasoning them with mayonnaise and salt.

Step 6

Wash the ripe, firm tomatoes in cold water, remove the stems, and cut out some of the flesh with seeds from that spot.

Step 7

Stuff the tomatoes with the prepared salad.

Step 8

Garnish the top with finely chopped hard-boiled egg.

Step 9

Place lettuce leaves on a plate and arrange the stuffed tomatoes on top.

Step 10

Instead of boiled fish, you can use hot-smoked fish.
