Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Oranges 10 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Khmeli-suneli ⅓ teaspoon
- Water ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add the tomatoes, season with salt, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, mix well, and add water. After 5 minutes, add the diced orange pulp.
Step 4
Add the spices and sugar, simmer for another 5–10 minutes, and if desired, reduce the water a bit.
