Ingredients
- Spaghetti to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cherry Tomatoes 8 pieces
- Basil 1 bunch
- Olive Oil to taste
- Spinach to taste
- Garlic ½ head
- Onion ½ head
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour a little water into a deep skillet or saucepan and heat it.
Step 2
Add spinach, onion, garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, basil, and tomato paste.
Step 3
Blend the tomatoes in a blender and pour the mixture into the skillet with the rest of the future sauce.
Step 4
Mix everything well and add spices.
Step 5
Simmer until the tomatoes and onion are cooked and the water is partially boiling, so the sauce is slightly thick.
Step 6
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 7
Combine the pasta with the sauce, adding olive oil.
Step 8
Before serving, you can add halved fresh cherry tomatoes.
