  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Salt ⅓ spoons
  • Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with a fork.

Step 2

Cut the tomato in half and grate it into a bowl with the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Step 3

Pour a little sunflower oil into a preheated skillet and add the egg and tomato mixture.

Step 4

Now the key is to prevent the tomato-egg mixture from turning into a solid mass, as is the case when making a classic omelet. To achieve this, stir the mixture with a spatula, scraping the thickening mixture away from the sides and bottom of the pan. The result should be a scattering of porous clumps, as shown in the photo.

Step 5

When most of the water has evaporated from the pan, carefully transfer the cooked omelet to a plate.
