- Herbed Tofu 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Marinated cherries 12 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, soy sauce, thinly sliced chili, coarsely chopped cilantro, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Pour the resulting sauce over the cubed tofu and let it marinate for twenty minutes.
Step 2
Then, cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters, and mix them with the marinated tofu, draining the marinade into a bowl beforehand. Drizzle the salad with one or two tablespoons of the marinade and serve.
