Ingredients
- Tofu 5 oz
- Green Peas 2 tablespoons
- Red Bell Pepper ½ piece
- Tomato 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Asafoetida 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the tofu on a coarse grater or mash it by hand until it forms small pieces.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil, add asafoetida, chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, and green peas.
Step 3
Add the tofu to the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
