Ingredients
- White bread 6 slices
- Flower honey 3 tablespoons
- Gorgonzola Cheese 6 slices
- Fig 5 pieces
- Chopped Fresh Thyme 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Toast the bread. Spread honey on each slice and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Step 2
Place a slice of gorgonzola on each and lightly crush.
Step 3
Grill for 2 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
Step 4
Top with fig slices, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme leaves, grill for another 2 minutes, and drizzle with honey.
