
Toasts with Feta, Bacon, and Quail Eggs

Description
You can use soft goat cheese instead of feta.
Ingredients
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Quail Egg 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the baguette. Mix the chopped parsley with the soft feta cheese and olive oil. Finely chop the bacon and fry it in a dry skillet.
Step 2
In the same skillet, make two small fried eggs.
Step 3
Spread the cheese mixture on some of the toasts, and place a portion under the broiler for one to two minutes. Allow the finished toasts to cool and serve them alongside fried eggs and bacon.
