  • Buckwheat Groats 0 oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Blue Cheese 0 oz
  • Pistachios 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Brioche 4 pieces
  • Microgreens to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Toast the brioche on a dry skillet until crispy.

Place the toasts on plates.

Spread cream cheese on top.
