Ingredients
- Pears 10 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Blue Cheese 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Brioche 4 pieces
- Microgreens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the brioche on a dry skillet until crispy.
Step 2
Place the toasts on plates.
Step 3
Spread cream cheese on top.

Wash the pear and cut it into medium cubes.

Place the diced pear on the brioche toasts.
