- Ham 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- White bread 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a frying pan on the stove.
Step 2
Combine the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt, whisking with a fork until smooth.
Step 3
While the pan is heating, prepare the toast.
Step 4
Place cheese and ham on one slice of bread, and cover it with another slice.
Step 5
Cut the resulting sandwich in half to make two triangles.

Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan.
Step 7
Quickly dip the prepared toasts in the egg and milk mixture to prevent the bread from getting soggy, then coat them in breadcrumbs.
