Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sourdough Bread 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 1 slice
- Butter ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a skillet, place a slice of cheese on top. Melt the cheese in the microwave or oven.
Step 2
Fry the chicken egg (you can make a poached egg; for this, add a little vinegar and salt to boiling water, create a whirlpool in the pot, and gently pour the pre-cracked egg into the whirlpool, cooking just until the white sets).
Step 3
Place the cooked egg (either fried or poached) on the toast. Serve hot.
