Ingredients
- Toasts 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 3 spoons
- Sugar ½ spoons
- Butter 3 spoons
- Brown Sugar 4 spoons
- Water 4 spoons
- Bananas 1 piece

Beat the eggs with milk and sugar.

Dip each slice of bread into the mixture. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour in the oil, and fry the toast on both sides in the sizzling oil until golden brown.

For the caramel, in a small saucepan, combine the butter, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.

Remove from the heat. Add the bananas to the sauce. Cover with something and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Pour the caramel over the toast and serve it at the table.
