Toast with Baked Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- Sliced Processed Cheese ½ piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Seedless Green Grapes to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with the egg.
Step 2
Add sugar to taste along with vanilla. You can also crumble any fruits or dried fruits.
Step 3
Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the slices of bread.
Step 4
Cut the grapes in half. Decorate the filling with grapes or other berries.
Step 5
Grate the cheese finely. Lightly sprinkle the surface of the filling.
Step 6
Place in a greased non-stick baking dish.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve warm immediately for breakfast.
