- Plums 20 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cilantro to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the washed sour dried plums in water.
Step 3
Strain the broth and mash the plums (without pits) through a sieve.
Step 4
Dilute with the broth to the consistency of liquid sour cream, add crushed garlic, salt, ground pepper, and finely chopped cilantro or dill.
Step 5
Bring to a boil, then cool.
