- Tiger shrimp in brine 10 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Tartar Sauce 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp tails (if frozen, thaw in the refrigerator), drizzle with lemon juice, soy sauce, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Wrap each shrimp in a thin slice of bacon along with a tablespoon of cream cheese. Secure the rolls with two skewers and place them on the grill (or grill pan). Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side. Serve with tartar sauce.
