Three Tomato Salsa for Grilled Meat

Ingredients
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Lime Juice 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors 2 pieces
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine chopped plum tomatoes, chopped jalapeño, lime juice, and cumin. Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add finely chopped and seedless yellow tomatoes and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Before serving, drain excess liquid and add 1 tablespoon of oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.
