Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 lbs
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Garlic 0 oz
- Celery stalk 0 oz
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush and finely chop the garlic, and chop the celery.
Step 2
Make a small cross-cut on the bottom of the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, and then peel off the skin.
Step 3
In a pot, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then allow to cool.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients in one container, cover, and leave in the refrigerator for three days.
