Thin yeast pizza dough
Ingredients
- Water 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients: add the yeast (I used 'Saf Instant'), salt, and sugar to the flour, and mix everything well. Make a well in the center.
Step 2
Heat the liquid (water or milk) to 30-105°F.
Step 3
Gradually pour the liquid and oil into the flour and knead the dough well. Knead and beat the dough for about 10 minutes. It will become very soft.
Step 4
Form a ball with the dough, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The dough will increase in size by 1.5 times. This dough is enough for two medium pizzas.
Step 5
The dough spreads easily on the baking sheet if you grease your hands with the same olive oil, and a rolling pin won't be needed.
