Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Spicy salami to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Ketchup to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Cheese Spread to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slightly warm the milk, dissolve the dry yeast in it, add sugar, and mix well.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add flour and salt, mix with a spoon, cover, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in a warm place.
Step 3
For the topping, slice the tomatoes and bell pepper into thin rings, dice the salami, and grate the cheese.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Spread the butter over the dough and knead it.
Step 5
Place it on a greased baking sheet and shape the dough with your hands.

Spread ketchup over the dough, add tomatoes, salami, bell pepper, and top with herbs.

Bake in an oven preheated to 390°F.
