Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
  • Water 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Combine the flour, salt, and yeast in a food processor. In a measuring jug, mix the oil and water. With the food processor running, gradually pour in the liquid and knead until a smooth dough forms. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer the dough to a bowl and brush the outside with olive oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for 40 minutes, until the dough doubles in size.

Step 3

Knead the dough again for 1-2 minutes. Roll the dough into a 30 cm circle and place it on a baking sheet. Pinch 2 cm from the edge to create a crust and fill it with your choice of filling.
