Thin Lavash Roll with Eggs and Cucumber
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Herbs 2 bunches
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs and grate them on a fine grater. Finely chop the herbs. Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Peel the fresh cucumber. Cut it into small cubes or grate it on a coarse grater. Mix all the ingredients together. Add the processed cheese and mayonnaise.
Step 2
Spread the resulting mixture in a thin layer on the unfolded sheet of lavash.
Step 3
Carefully roll the lavash with the filling into a roll.
Step 4
Place the roll in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, cut into slices about 2 cm thick.
