Thin Crust Pizza with Mushrooms and Ham
Ingredients
- Water 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Dry yeast 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Dried Rosemary to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add yeast to warm water. Stir. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix flour with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Combine steps 1 and 2 until smooth. Roll out and place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Spread ketchup on the dough.
Step 5
Slice the ham into thin pieces. Place on the crust.
Step 6
Slice the mushrooms lengthwise. Place on the crust.
Step 7
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater and sprinkle on top.
Step 8
Sprinkle with oregano.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F and bake for 15–20 minutes.
