Ingredients
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Marbled Beef 5 oz
- Country Bread 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a medium-sized skillet with a thick bottom.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and the bell pepper into strips, and chop the garlic.
Step 3
Sauté the garlic first (for 2 minutes), then add the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper, and simmer on high heat for a few minutes, seasoning with salt and a bit of pepper.
Step 4
In a separate pan, fry the marbled beef and sliced sausage.
Step 5
Add the meat ingredients to the vegetables, cooking for a couple of minutes while stirring constantly.

Step 6: Crack the eggs into the skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Cook the scramble until done, remove from heat, and season with salt and pepper.

Chop the herbs and sprinkle over the finished dish.
