- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Sake 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon

In a small skillet, mix the sugar and light soy sauce.

Place over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens, then add the sake and dark soy sauce.
