- Rice Sweet Wine 5 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Ginger 2 teaspoons

How to make teriyaki sauce at home: pour soy sauce into a small saucepan and place it on the heat. Add sugar and cook, stirring, until it is completely dissolved. Then remove from heat and add ground ginger (if using fresh, grate it).
Step 2
Pour in the wine and stir the teriyaki sauce. Place the saucepan on low heat and simmer, stirring, for about 20 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool. Serve teriyaki sauce with meat or fish dishes from Eastern cuisine.
